We have invested heavily over the last decade in providing the children with everything they need for a happy and exciting time in school.
From the big yard spaces, full sized basketball court, new indoor general purpose area, new outdoor playground, a new sensory space ‘The Zen Den’, a sports pitch to the classrooms themselves, each child has the right environment to maximise their full potential..
Projects
EU Funding Acknowledgement
This school received a grant in 2021 to implement initiatives aimed at addressing the digital divide and support our learners at risk of educational disadvantage as a consequence, as part of the Irish National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP), a project under the Recovery and Resilience Facility funded by the European Union through NextGenerationEU.
This funding was used to ensure that all pupils had access to adequate digital devices, including iPads and laptops. It also enabled us to provide access to high-quality online learning platforms and educational websites, supporting both in-school and remote learning. Interactive panels were installed in every classroom to enhance teaching and learning experiences for all pupils. Additionally, the funding supported enhanced teacher training in digital pedagogy to promote inclusive education and ensure all learners could benefit from digital advancements.
