Carol Service 2025

This week, pupils from Junior Infants to Sixth Class took part in our annual Christmas Carol Service at the Church of the Assumption, Delvin. The church was filled with music as each class performed a selection of Christmas carols and readings they had been preparing over the past few weeks.

Groups took turns singing, playing instruments, and narrating traditional Christmas passages. The younger classes brought great enthusiasm to their songs, while the older pupils added strong harmonies and confident readings. Together, they created a lovely, festive atmosphere for everyone attending.

Families, staff, and parish members joined us for the service, making it a meaningful community event. We are grateful to the Church of the Assumption for welcoming us and to all who helped organise and support the occasion.

It was a wonderful way to celebrate the Christmas season and showcase the hard work of our pupils from the very youngest to the oldest in the school.
